Freedom from french fries?

Davenport Central High School students (Devenport, Iowa) advocated for a "No French Fries Wednesday" in their cafeteria!  Students have been happy with the new non-fried options that are available to them and have been choosing more fruits and vegetables when they go through the cafeteria line.  By shaking up the routine on Wednesday--and providing more appealing choices to students throughout the week--they are making it easier for their classmates to find out what other vegetables and fruits they like.  Some students are even choosing new vegetables on Thursday!
