Transforming School Breakfast!

Feb 24, 2011 by Angela Forfia

Delicious and Nutritious!

It’s no wonder that breakfast is called the most important meal of the day.  People who eat breakfast get the right amounts of protein, calcium, and other key nutrients to get the day off to a good start.  For students, breakfast also has academic benefits through improved memory, problem-solving skills, math and language skills, and scores on standardized tests. Eating breakfast at school increases those benefits.  Eating in the cafeteria results in fewer tardy arrivals and gives you more time to spend with your friends.  You save money over a corner store or fast food meal, are more focused in your morning classes, and get to start your day right.

So, find out how you can make school breakfast work for you by checking our the new nutrition templates today!
